As companies across the country redefined the role of the office post-pandemic, Hendy – a nationally recognized interior architecture and planning firm – developed a new service offering called The New Generation Space to help businesses reimagine and future-proof their workplaces. To support the launch, Hendy needed a high-impact, integrated campaign to generate quality business leads and establish the firm as a national thought leader on the future of workplace design.
Hendy engaged Idea Hall to develop and execute a fully integrated three-month marketing and PR campaign. Idea Hall led the strategic development, crafted the campaign theme and visual identity, and designed all assets across print and digital. The agency built and managed a robust paid media strategy, executed targeted media buys, and launched comprehensive PR efforts to elevate Hendy’s voice in the commercial real estate and design sectors. A key component of the campaign was a high-profile feature in the Orange County Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate issue, where Hendy secured the front cover ad, a full-page advertorial, and a half-page ad, alongside a dominant editorial presence. Idea Hall also ran a lead-generation program in collaboration with top industry outlets like GlobeSt., centered around a white paper exchange strategy.
The campaign exceeded expectations across branding, visibility, and lead generation. Hendy secured 17 key media placements and achieved over 41 million media impressions, establishing the firm as a top voice in workplace design innovation. Digital performance was equally strong, with 193 qualified new business leads, 18,000 website clicks, 7,000 new users, and a cost-per-click of just $0.93. Hendy also climbed to #4 in Google Search rankings for relevant terms. The campaign’s success earned industry recognition, winning both the PRovoke Media SABRE Award and the National PRSA Silver Anvil in 2021—cementing Hendy’s position at the forefront of the evolving workplace conversation.
