Overview
Community Preservation Partners (CPP) is one of the nation’s most active affordable housing developers. Over the past 15+ years, they have grown into category leaders, and the time had come to establish a new brand identity that more closely represented their values and vision for the future.
Following a comprehensive discovery process, Idea Hall crafted a unique brand position that celebrates CPP’s core strengths and differentiators – creativity, performance and purpose – to stand out from the competition while also connecting to their target audiences. The result is a powerful new brand expression with updated logo design, color palette and visual identity. CPP’s revamped website reflects the new look and delivers a stronger, more intuitive user navigation experience. New assets include a brand anthem video, executive team portraits and updated messaging woven into CPP’s sustaining media relations, PR and social media campaigns.
Modern, Bold & Innovative
CPP transforms communities with creative solutions that leave an indelible mark on the lives of people and the greater good. With that in mind, the agency took a fresh approach to the CPP brand, creating a new mark to symbolize purpose and place.
Warm, Human, and Dependable
Creating a connection with trusted partners begins right at first glance. We created portraits to show warmth, calm, and a smile to invite.
Website & Finishing Touches
The new brand identity culminated with a complete redesign of their website, updated stationery package and social media. Structure, simplicity, and approachability drove the core of not just the renewal of their brand, but the fiber of the website as well.
