Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Potatoes, Peel & Boil
- ¼ cup Butter, Whip with above
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Grated Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- Dried Chives
- Paprika
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Steps:
- While potatoes are boiling mix sour cream, cream cheese, onion, salt and pepper together until fluffy
- Whip potatoes and add sour cream mix and dried chives
- Place in greased 2 qt. casserole
- Top with paprika, pats of butter, and Salt & Pepper, Bake
- Room temp. 350° – 30 min.
- Refrigerated 375° – 30 min.
- Frozen 375° – 45 min.
