The World’s Best Mashed Potatoes (or as we call them, Mashmoes)

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Potatoes, Peel & Boil   
  • ¼ cup Butter, Whip with above
  • 1 cup Sour Cream           
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Grated Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • Dried Chives
  • Paprika
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

  • Steps:
  1. While potatoes are boiling mix sour cream, cream cheese, onion, salt and pepper together until fluffy
  2. Whip potatoes and add sour cream mix and dried chives
  3. Place in greased 2 qt. casserole
  4. Top with paprika, pats of butter, and Salt & Pepper, Bake
    1. Room temp. 350° – 30 min.
    2. Refrigerated 375° – 30 min.
    3. Frozen         375° – 45 min.
