Bio


Brenda Deeley brings more than 25 years of experience leading strategic public outreach programs for complex infrastructure projects. Her work on behalf of public sector clients have received top honors from the Public Relations Society of America, PRWeek, North American SABRE Awards, Bulldog PR Awards, Airports Council International, WateReuse Association, American Water Works Association and Association of California Water Agencies. Brenda is a also a recipient of the Rick Miltenberger Mentorship Award given by Public Relations Society of America, Orange County Chapter and Westbound Communications.

Brenda got her start in radio news, having worked for both a commercial radio station and a National Public Radio affiliate in Bellingham, WA. Brenda earned her bachelor’s degree in communications/broadcast journalism from the University of Washington and her master’s degree in political science with specialization in public policy and administration from Western Washington University. She also earned a certification in “Empowering Marketing & Communications in AI” from the University of Washington.

Brenda serves on the Board of Directors for Reimagine, the oldest and largest nonprofit in Orange County serving individuals most impacted by their disabilities.
