A non-profit coalition of public, private, faith-based, academic and community leaders had a vision for creating a new system of mental health care that would be a model for the nation. The team engaged Idea Hall to help with all aspects of branding, stakeholder engagement, PR and communication, and marketing.
The Idea Hall team immersed themselves and within weeks, the name, brand identity, style guide and “blueprint” business presentation were brought to life and shared with industry and community leaders. Idea Hall then led stakeholders from national and regional health systems, CalOptima, and County government in strategically introducing this collective movement to the community.
As its “outsourced CMO” from 2018-2022, Idea Hall managed the organization’s brand and owned communications, produced a podcast and video content, and managed all community relations, media relations, crisis communications and communications activities in collaboration with 200+ partner organizations.
With the goal of coalescing the community around the issue of mental health and communicating about the need for system change, Idea Hall was able to develop a strong and cohesive brand and communications strategy for Be Well OC and lead the nation in a holistic model for mental health.
