Ingredients
- 24oz Bag Frozen Hash Browns
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Yellow Onion
- 2 Cups Corn Flakes
- 1 Stick Butter
Steps
- Mix All ingredients minus cornflakes and 1/2 stick of butter and bake for 45 mins at 350º or until potatoes are tender.
- Melt remaining 1/2 stick of butter with the cornflakes and add to the top of the casserole. Return to the oven for an additional 10mins.
