Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cup of Flour
- 1 ½ Cup of Chopped Pecans
- 3 Sticks of Butter, Softened
- 2 (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 3 Cups of Cool Whip
- 2 (4 Ounce) Packages of Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix, Preferably Godiva Dark Chocolate
- 3 Cups of Milk
- 1 Cup of Cool Whip for Topping
- Topping Choices: Pecans, Chocolate Chips, Peppermint, Etc.
Steps
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
- Prepare Bakeware, 9 x 13, by Lightly Spraying with Oil (Use Butter/Flour if Needed)
- 1st Layer: Crust
- Combine Butter, Flour, Pecans and Press into Bakeware.
- Bake for 25 Minutes until Lightly Brown
- Let Cool Completely
- 2nd Layer:
- Combine Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, 3 Cups Cool Whip
- Spread Evenly Over Crust
- 3rd Layer:
- Mix 2 Packages of Instant Pudding According to Instructions
- Spread Evenly Over 2nd Layer
- 4th Layer:
- Spread Thin Layer of Cool Whip
- Sprinkle with Toppings of Choice
