Space has a new purpose for office. Hendy, a nationally recognized interior architecture and planning firm created a new service offering, The New Generation Space, to help businesses reimagine their workplaces to meet the needs of the office of tomorrow. Hendy tapped Idea Hall for support in creating an integrated three-month flight marketing campaign including developing the strategy, ideating the campaign theme and creative look and feel, designing all graphics, creating a paid media plan, executing media buys and conducting PR efforts with the goal to generate quality business leads and position Hendy as a leading voice on the future of workplace design. The campaign notably was featured in Orange County Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate issue where Hendy had the front cover advertisement, a full-page advertorial and a half-page ad. Editorially, Idea Hall also earned Hendy a dominant voice in the special issue feature story along with 17 other key placements and 41M total media impressions. The agency also executed a robust digital lead-generation campaign including a white paper exchange program with key CRE trade outlet GlobeSt., among others. The highly successful program yielded 193 qualified new business leads, drove 18,000 clicks to Hendy’s website, captured 7,000 new site users, earned a cost-per-click of just $0.93 and ranked Hendy as No. 4 on Google search. In 2021, the program also earned two prestigious industry awards, PRovoke Media’s SABRE Award & the National Public Relations Society of America’s Silver Anvil.
