Bixby Land Company’s first creative office redevelopment in Portland is also our 13th asset-level branding assignment for the client. The brand strategy for The Crossing at First had to be bold enough to support the dramatic new design, make an authentic connection with the Portland market, and credential Bixby’s deep experience is developing vibrant office campuses. We resolved this through the use of lifestyle imagery and an aspirational yet approachable marketing voice, and showcased Bixby’s previous office projects with video and a photo gallery.
