Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- 1 cup Margarine, Softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 4 ½ cups Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Steps
- Cream sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs together.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, blending well.
- Form dough into a ball. Wrap in saran wrap or wax paper and foil. Chill in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out dough and use cookie cutters to cut out cookies.
- Place cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cookies cool and then frost and decorate.
