Idea Hall is thrilled to kick off 2025 with a prestigious honor: being named one of the Orange County Business Journal’s Companies That Care for the sixth year in a row. About Companies that Care
The Orange County Business Journal’s (OCBJ) Companies That Care program recognizes and celebrates local organizations that prioritize corporate social responsibility, community impact, and employee well-being.
Established to spotlight businesses that go beyond profits to make a meaningful difference, this annual distinction honors companies demonstrating a commitment to philanthropy, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and other impactful initiatives.
Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Impact
At Idea Hall, we believe in going beyond business to make a meaningful difference. Our agency’s mission statement, “Champions of All Things Good,” inspires everything we do, and 2024 was no exception. Through our collective efforts, we made an impactful mark on Orange County:
- Dedicated 695 volunteer hours, both as a team and individually, to community service initiatives.
- Helped nonprofits raise more than $265,000 in donations.
- Negotiated over $100,000 in added-value media buys for nonprofit clients.
Our team joined forces to sort and package approximately 4,470 pounds of organic apples, which were distributed to families in need across the county. This experience not only strengthened our bond as a team but also deepened our connection to the community.
Idea Hall’s community engagement efforts extend beyond philanthropy. In 2024, we continued to integrate sustainable practices into our operations, recycling over 20 pounds of materials through Nespresso and Keurig’s pod recycling programs and limiting single-use products in our office.
As we move into 2025, Idea Hall remains committed to creating meaningful change while inspiring others to join us.
