Think Together is California’s leading nonprofit provider of afterschool learning and school improvement programs. Its sister organization, Orenda Education, charged Idea Hall with developing business and marketing solutions expressed across all media touchpoints. From business strategy to defining the company’s brand, advertising and marketing efforts, Idea Hall found a passionate voice and design identity that united internal and external stakeholders, grew brand awareness among school districts and significantly increased fundraising. 

In 2021, Think Together’s 25th year, the nonprofit faced unprecedented expansion, however pandemic circumstances forced the nonprofit to conform to state restrictions by providing virtual expanded learning programs to over 125,000 students. The pandemic also required Idea Hall to be nimble and creative in its strategic planning and execution for Think Together. Media efforts garnered statewide coverage in 65 print and online outlets, 291M impressions and five TV broadcast segments including Spanish language behemoths Telemundo and Univision. 

Recruitment was also a top priority for Think Together in 2021. Curated pitches targeted producers of hiring segments which were coordinated and aired on KTLA-TV, KESQ-TV Palm Springs, and ABC7 Bay Area, garnering a total reach of 60M.
