Jana Turner, principal at RETS Associates is a vocal advocate for women in commercial real estate, recently making national headlines with a survey we helped design and implement to shine a light on the challenges women in the industry face. Over 600 survey recipients responded, identifying issues of equal pay, opportunity and sexual harassment. By placing a spotlight on these issues within CRE, we hope more people in leadership positions will be inspired to help continue to create meaningful change.
