Randy advises commercial real estate and financial services clients on marketing and communications campaigns, drawing on a 25-year background in real estate, capital markets and banking. His insights from within the industry helps quickly guide the business objectives of our clients.
Randy’s agency experience spans 11 years and includes brand development for real estate operating companies and asset-level assignments, working with all forms of marketing collateral and media strategies. Separately, he manages the financial and operations functions of the agency.
He is a former partner at Buchanan Street Partners, directing capital markets and marketing. His work experience includes structured finance at WAMU/JP Morgan, CMBS director at FINOVA, mortgage banking with LJ Melody/CBRE and financial services work for Cushman Realty Corp. Randy received his business degree at the University of Kansas, is a board member at UCI’s Center for Real Estate, belongs to NAIOP and supports Court Appointed Special Advocates.
