Overview

Hager Pacific Properties (HPP), a nationwide leader in industrial real estate and a long-time Idea Hall client, tasked Idea Hall with a brand image and website refresh. Using previous iterations of the logo and brand – which the Idea Hall team developed over the years – the agency took a fresh look at the HPP brand and presentation, with the goal of making it modern, yet familiar.

Refreshing & Modern
With a well-established brand in the marketplace, it was important that we didn’t depart too far from HPP’s marketplace recognition. With that in mind, the goal was to create a refreshed brand mark that felt modern and simple, while also being scalable.

Finding The Beauty

One of the primary focuses during this project was to show to the world the beauty and character of each property in HPP’s portfolio. To that end, Idea Hall arranged for professional photos to be taken of the properties – all with an artistic eye in mind. While industrial real estate doesn’t have a strong reputation of being aesthetically pleasing, we allowed color and composition to tell the story of the space.

Personality First
We all know that creating a connection with those you work with can help move projects forward. The team at Hager Pacific is a large part of its recipe for success. To highlight the team and its many attributes, we curated portraits that allowed each employee to bring his or her personality directly to the camera.
Finishing Touches
We completed the brand refresh with a completely updated stationery package and an email campaign designed to tell the story of HPP’s new look & feel.
