Entering a third year of partnership with Idea Hall, CapRock Partners charged the agency in 2020 with refreshing their brand identity and executing an integrated marketing program to position the firm as the industrial investment partner of choice for institutional investors and raise awareness of its track record and current capabilities in the industrial broker community.

To achieve CapRock’s varied objectives with its institutional investor and broker audiences, Idea Hall developed and executed a two-pronged program. On the broker side, Idea Hall is supporting CapRock’s ever-growing portfolio of properties through the creation of distinguished marketing collateral to enhance awareness and drive leasing and acquisition. On the institutional investor side, Idea Hall manages a robust advertising and sponsorship program with the Wall Street Journal and IREI.

Complementing these efforts, Idea Hall continues to leverage its award-winning media relations engine to generate a consistent drum beat of transaction-based news and thought leadership to help cement CapRock’s reputation as a leader in industrial real estate across the Western U.S.
