Nicole Broussard, Account Executive
Nicole is an award-winning public relations and marketing professional who is responsible for providing public relations and marketing counsel, strategy and services to Idea Hall clients in the form of campaign planning, media relations and project management.
She has an extensive background in media relations, marketing, copywriting, collateral and advertisement design and production, event coordination, e-commerce marketing and media buying. She previously worked at national public relations agencies, in boutique marketing agencies and in corporate settings, serving nationally know clients such as AutoTrader.com, Sega of America, Centex Homes and Pulte Homes/Del Webb.
A graduate of California State University, Chico, Nicole holds a B.A. in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a B.A. in psychology with an emphasis in psychology of personality. Nicole also holds a certificate in project management from California State University, Long Beach. She has been an executive board member for the International Association of Business Communicators since 2003 and is also a current member of the Public Relations Society of America.

1. What's one thing that you wish people knew about you?
My nationality since I get asked that more than anything. I’m Cajun (French Canadian, American Indian and Spanish).
2. Most odd/fun job that you have ever had?
Balloon Decorator.
3. Greatest Academic Achievement?
Named Who’s Who Among American High School Students, was a Semi-Finalist for the Miss American Achiever Award and received two Bachelor degrees.
4. Your childhood hobby? And your adulthood hobby?
Childhood: Building mud pies, Snow Skiing, Jet Skiing, Softball, Volleyball.
Adulthood: Building even better mud pies, Soccer, Wakeboarding, Snow Skiing, Biking, Running, Cooking.
5. If you had the power to invent ANYTHING what would it be? What does it do?
The Transporter. Takes you wherever you want to go with the snap of your fingers.
