7 course meal with fixed menu. Starting with:
1. Hors devours and champagne in cellar (optional wine tasting),
2. Then chicken or seafood dish with rice or other starch,
3. Then salad
Break
4. Return for sorbet dish to cleanse pallet
5. Then the main course. I forget what I had, but it melted in my mouth and cow isn’t supposed to do that.
6. Then Dessert. Mmmmm…
I’m missing something, but I must have forgotten it with all the drinking going on.
Did I mention that the restaurant is in an old 100 year old home?
