 I personally go to Vinita's.  Vinita's currently has three shops open in the Southern California area.  However, there are several threading studios in various counties that can be found in the phonebook or on the internet.

Vinita's charges between $5 and $7 to thread your eyebrows, depending on which salon you go to. Other beauty salons across the nation charge as much as $20, it's best do your research to find which studio is best for you!
