Randy Hall oversees the agency's financial operations and works with our commercial real estate and financial services clients, drawing upon a 25-year industry background in those fields prior to joining Idea Hall in 2008. He provides unique and valuable insights in the development of marketing and communications strategies for our real estate clients, with a focus on brand development, media relations and all forms of marketing collateral.
He is a former partner and marketing director with Buchanan Street Partners, where he managed brand development, marketing and PR. His experience on the client side of the agency relationship is beneficial when determining marketing objectives and execution. He is able to offer strategic marketing counsel at the operating company or asset level, has worked with all asset classes and understands the messaging nuances across multiple target audiences in real estate investment, management, brokerage and finance.
Randy received his bachelor's degree in business at the University of Kansas. He's a diehard Jayhawk, an avid traveler and has pretty much given up excercise for gourmet cooking. He is member of NAIOP and is an active supporter of Court Appointed Special Advocates. He is also a champion of marketing ideas that make good common sense.
